This Privacy Policy explains how the Salesprompt.ai Chrome Extension ("Extension") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the Extension. By installing and using the Extension, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
a. Personal Information: We do not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or any other identifying details until an Account has been created to enables features such as Sending to Gmail and Saving Prompts
b. Usage Information: We may collect non-personal, usage-related information when you interact with the Extension. This information may include, but is not limited to, technical information about your device, browser type, operating system, IP address, and the actions you take within the Extension.
a. Email Generation: The Extension generates content based on your provided prompt but does not store or transmit this generated content to any Salesprompt servers until an Account has been created.
b. Improvement and Development: We may use anonymous usage data to improve the Extension's functionality, user experience, and performance.
a. No Storage: We do not store any of the cleverly generated email content, personal information, or usage data on our servers or any external cloud services unless an account has been created and user specifies to save the prompt.
b. Data Access: The Extension does not read or modify your GMail drafts or any other email content in your Gmail account. It only generates drafts in your GMail Account.
c. AI User Content: The only data sent to an AI Model are prompts that you as the user provide to generate your clever email. More specifically, prompts are sent to OpenAI’s API with no user-identifying data attached in the payload which then returns an email response. No identifying sensitive User Information such as emails, account ids are shared with Open AI.
a. Gmail Integration: The Extension integrates with Gmail to simply create drafts within the Gmail interface. This integration is limited to the Gmail user interface and does not involve any access to your Gmail account or data. We do not store, access, or share any information from your Gmail account.
b. Google API Limited Use Disclosure: Salesprompt.ai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Extension is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Extension or legal requirements. The updated Privacy Policy will be made available within the Extension, and your continued use of the Extension after the changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Privacy Policy.
